Designed,
developed and built by Armstrong Siddeley, the Sunbeam Alpine was based on a Commer
Cob floorpan. This mock-up of the car (even the tyres are made of wood)
was made by Armstrong Siddeley for a Rootes Group viewing, and is seen
with AS Experimental Superintendent, Bill Rigsby .
